CHOCOLATE FROSTING

Ingredients
1½ squares chocolate
1 cup sugar
1 cup boiling water

Method
Cut chocolate into small pieces, 
add sugar and water and stir until blended. 
Boil until a soft ball forms when dropped into ice-water.
Cool. Beat until creamy and spread on cake.

WHITE FROSTING
Ingredients 

1 egg white
1 cup confectioner's sugar
½ teaspoon flavoring

Method
Beat the white of egg until stiff. 
Stir in the sugar and flavoring and beat until creamy.
